When you attach indicator to the chart, in the inputs you choose lines color and levels you interested to draw for you. When you press OK you must click on 3 points of chart you want to be used to draw time fibo levels just like price fibo, but here you choose 3 dates. Don't worry if you clicked on wrong points: by double clicking on every point (points shown in chart by arrows) its state change, and you can modify its position, and when you finished your changes double click on it again.
