This is a semi-automated trading system. Experts Advisors for trading using this indicator are specified in comments (they do not work without the indicator).

The YD CatchTheTrend indicator is based on the micro-trend breakout line, thus it detects price reversals and formation of new waves.

Indicator Input Parameters:

• Bars_To_Count – number of bars for calculation
• Max_bars_distance – number of bars after the last candle (where the trend line ends)
• Max_points_distance –maximum allowed distance in points from the nearest High/Low to the entry point
• Min_cross_distance – minimum allowed distance from the trend line to the close price of the signal candle
• no_ticks – calculate the indicator's readings on every tick (weekends = true)
• up_plus_points – distance from the candle to the arrow
• down_plus_points – distance from the candle to the arrow
• Lines_color_up – trend line color
• Lines_color_down – trend line color
• Line_style – line style
• use_alert – notification about a new signal

One of options to use (the first animation):

1. The YD CatchTheTrend Open EA is attached to EURUSD H4, detects the trend beginning and opens a new order.
2. YD CatchTheTrend Open is also attached to EURUSD M15. Depending on the main trend direction (EURUSD H4) we allow the EA to trade in the same direction only.
3. The YD CatchTheTrend Close EA is attached to EURUSD H1. This EA closes all reverse signal trades, made on this timeframe.

There are times when the main trend changed, but a signal to close has not been generated on H1 yet. In this case the YD CatchTheTrend Close EA can be attached to EURUSD H4 and specify trades to close in parameters. There are also times when after the signal is generated and a trade on H4 is opend, the price goes in unprofitable direction and breaks out the nearest High/Low. In this case we assume that the trend has changed again and open a trade manually. To make EAs catch up the manually opened trade, set Magic = 0.

Anither option to use (the second animation):

1. The YD CatchTheTrend Open EA is attached to EURUSD H4, detects the trend beginning and opens a new order.
2. YD CatchTheTrend Open is also attached to EURUSD M15. Depending on the main trend direction (EURUSD H4) we allow the EA to trade in the same direction only. All trades are closed when the main trend is changed manually, or the YD CatchTheTrend Close EA is attached to EURUSD H4 and you specify trades to close when the trend changes in parameters. Thus you can get over 10% profit on one wave. To make EAs catch up the manually opened trade, set Magic = 0.
