The indicator shows the bars with the largest range of between High and Low. To correctly display the indicator on the chart, press F8, go to the "General" tab, turn off the check "Chart on foreground".

In the properties of the indicator it is possible to adjust the period for finding the maximum value between High and Low. Also you can change the color and line thickness.
