PipTick Heiken Ashi is our version of Heiken Ashi chart indicator. Unlike competitor products, this indicator offers extensive options for calculating of Heiken Ashi candles. It can be displayed as classic or smoothed version.

The indicator can calculate Heiken Ashi with moving average by four methods:

• SMA - Simple Moving Average
• SMMA - Smoothed Moving Average
• EMA - Exponential Moving Average
• LWMA - Linear Weighted Moving Average

Input parameters

• Indicator_Mode - Allows to choose between Classic and Smoothed version of indicator
• MA1_Method - Allows to choose between SMA, SMMA, LWMA and EMA calculationof Heiken Ashi
• MA2_Method - Allows to choose between SMA, SMMA, LWMA and EMA calculation of smoothing
• MA1_Period - Period of MA calculation of Heiken Ashi
• MA2_Period - Period of MA calculation of smoothing
• Color_Up_Bar - Color of up bar of Heiken Ashi
• Color_Down_Bar - Color of down bar of Heiken Ashi

Outputs parameters

• PipTick HA Low/High - Displays low values for up bar and high values for down bar
• PipTick HA High/Low - Displays high values for up bar and low values for down bar
• PipTick HA Open - Displays open values of HA bar
• PipTick HA Close - Displays close values of HA bar
• PipTick HA Direction - Displays type of HA bar. Number 0 means up bar, 1 means down bar
