    中国石化新闻网讯 俄罗斯油气网1月8日布加勒斯特报道，罗马尼亚政府消息人士告诉G4Media，美国石油巨头埃克森美孚公司时下正与俄罗斯第2大石油公司卢克石油公司谈判出售其在罗马尼亚黑海地区尼普顿深层近海天然气区块50%股份一事。

    谈判的下一步是卢克石油公司进入数据库，包括这个项目的技术和财务信息。埃克森美孚去年11月宣布有意出售其在尼普顿深层项目的股份，该项目拥有罗马尼亚黑海地区最大的海上天然气储量(400亿至800亿立方米)。

    由奥地利油气集团（OMV）控制的罗马尼亚OMV 石油公司控制着这个项目剩余的50%股份。这两家公司已经投资了近15亿美元在周边地区进行勘探，但由于罗马尼亚议会在2018年通过了新的海上法，他们决定推迟这个项目的商业开发。

    Neftegaz.RU. US group ExxonMobil negotiates with Russian group Lukoil the sale of its 50% stake in the Neptun Deep offshore gas perimeter in Romania’s Black Sea section, governmental sources told G4Media.ro, Romania-Insider reported on January 7.

    The next step in the negotiations is Lukoil’s access to the data room, which includes the technical and financial information about the project. ExxonMobil announced in November last year its intention to sell its stake in the Neptun Deep project, which holds the largest offshore gas reserves found in Romania’s Black Sea section (40 to 80 bln cubic meters).

    Romanian group OMV Petrom, controlled by Austria’s OMV, controls the remaining 50% in the project. The 2 groups have invested close to $1.5 bln in exploring the perimeter but have postponed a decision on its commercial exploitation due to the new offshore law adopted by the Parliament in 2018.
