中国石化新闻网讯 据能源世界网2月6日新德里报道，法国石油天然气集团道达尔（Total）周四表示，已与印度能源和基础设施集团阿达尼集团（Adani Grou p）签署协议，将收购其太阳能电力项目合资企业（J V）50%的股份。

道达尔补充道，其将与阿达尼绿色能源有限公司（AGEL）成立一家50:50的合资公司，以在11多个州建立绿色能源项目，累计发电量超过2吉瓦。

阿达尼集团在另一份新闻稿中表示，合资公司将拥有2148兆瓦的运营太阳能项目，目前由AGEL完全拥有，其余50％的股份将由AGEL持有。

阿达尼集团主席Gautam Adani表示，这是我们迈向2025年建成全球最大的太阳能公司和到2030年建成全球最大的可再生能源公司的旅程中的关键一步。

据道达尔称，所有项目都将受益于与国家和地区电力分销商以固定费率进行的近25年的购电协议。

道达尔在新闻稿中表示，该国的发电量将从2019年的81吉瓦增加到2022年的225吉瓦。

Total to acquire 50% stake in solar projects held by Adani Green

French oil and gas group, Total, on Thursday said it has signed a deal with Adani Group, India s energy and infrastructure conglomerate, to acquire a 50 per cent stake in its solar power projects joint venture (JV).

Total added that it would create a 50:50 joint venture company with Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) to set-up green energy projects in more than 11 states with a cumulative capacity of over 2 GW.

Adani Group in a separate press release said that the JV will house 2,148 megawatt operating solar projects, presently 100 per cent is owned by AGEL, and the balance 50 per cent stake would be held by AGEL.

Gautam Adani, Chairman, Adani Group, said, “This is a pivotal step in our journey towards building the world’s largest solar power company by 2025 and the world’s largest renewable power company by 2030.”

According to Total, all projects will benefit from nearly 25-year power purchase agreements with national and regional electricity distributors with a fixed rate.

The country’s capacity should increase from its 81 gigawatts (GW) in 2019 to 225 GW by 2022, Total said in its press release.

“This interest in over 2 GW of solar projects represents another big step of our investment in India s energy sector. It will support our ambition to contribute to the deployment of 25 GW of renewable capacities by 2025,” said Patrick Pouyanné, chairman and chief executive officer of Total.

The deal was a part of Total’s strategy to develop renewable energies in order to contribute to the growth of solar power generation in India, it said.
